Email Display Name

Hello,

We are having some issues with our email display names. We recently had our email accounts switched over to a new account due to some issues on Comcast's end, and since then everything was changed around.

For example, my email address used to read 

First Name Last Name

Now it reads:

First Name, Last Name

This is incorrect format and we would like to have it fixed. Unfortunately, when you call in they say that there is nothing they can do. This is not true, because the format used to be correct before we had all of the comcast issues.

Please help!
