Current Setup instructions for connecting Android Device to Comcast/MS Exchange Email

I purchased a new Motorola Z3 android based phone yesterday for an out-of-office mobile employee...I have successfully setup an email account for him in outlook...it is accessible on a desktop...but we have not been successful on setting up his email account on this device.

Is there a definative Comcast Biz/Outlook Exchange set of instructions to complete this setup?
