Changing Exchange display name

I, like many other users here, need to change a users display name within Exchange.  It can not be changed from the customer portal.  I sent Comcast_Jon a PM last week as he seemed to have helped a few users on the forums with similar requests, but he hasnt responded.  Is there anyone from Comcast that is able to help with this issue?

Hi Rich,

 

Thanks for responding.  Unfortunately those 2 solutions only apply to POP or IMAP accounts, not hosted Exchange.  You'll notice a note at the bottom of the 2nd page which says

 

Note   If you are using a Microsoft Exchange account, you cannot change the display name. Only your Exchange administrator can make this change.

 

It needs to be changed by someone with access to the Comcast Exchange server.
