Can't access Comcast Business web mail
For the last 4 years my travelling employees have been accessing their email while on the road via https://webmail.hmc1.comcast.net/
As of today, none of their accounts work, nor does mine. This is the error message we get
"The mailbox may be stored on a Microsoft Exchange 2000 or Microsoft Exchange 2003 server, or the Active Directory user account was created recently and has not yet replicated to the Active Directory site where this Client Access server is hosted."
When I log in to our account via business.comcast.com and look in our account profile, it shows no email accounts even exist...
Any thoughts on what might have happened here? Need access as no employee can access email remotely now.

Hello Inno and welcome,
Comcast has recently performed an Outlook email transition up to now Outlook 2007 & 2010. I believe you need to login into your Business Class Portal account @ businessclass.comcast.net then login using your administrator email address. Once you are logged in then go to Manage Services.click on Email (or Websites) and then click on view DNS info. This is where you can find all of your account POP, IMAP, Exchange email server address information. Then you can re-program any of your devices email with the correct incoming and outgoing server address information.
Hope this helps you out
