cannot create second email

was having problems with an email address not ketting me edit it.

omeone in a support deleted it.

it sill says 0/2 remaning.

it has been days

when can I create the second email?

Hello stephanie and welcome,

 

You must be able to login into your Business Class Portal (BCP) Administrative account in order to add additional email accounts to your BCP. After you are logged into your Administrator account, then go to Manage Services.Email. and click on the manage email link. This will put you into the environment where you can then use Add, delete, deactivate Comcast Business online account users to add your additional email account.

I am aware of that.
Support had to delete the second email because it was stuck in pending.
Once they deleted the second email
It still shows my email count as 0/2 rremaining
Yet only one email shows

Hello Mjw,

 

Typically the first user you created your portal with is the default admin unless you had it changed at any time.
