cannnot edit email

I tried to create a second email address before all the dns settings where changed.
It never let me get past the last screen, would say email account already exists.

but now there is a second email account that I cannot edit or delete

Hi stephanie.  Sorry  for problems encountered with creating the 2nd email box.  Currently there is a 2nd email address in a pending status. ex. @ProlineCeramic.comcastbiz.net>. We can have that email address deleted, per you request, or activate it.  Please let how to proceed.

The email has been removed, but it shows my email account count as 0/2 remaining and will not let me create one

Please help me.  I have had this Comcast business account for several years and my login has been my own outside email address, NOT HOSTED by Comcast.  Suddenly this week I found that did not work.  I went back in by account number to register since the credentials would not work.  Your website informed me that I had a username (email address) that ended in ".comcastbiz.net"  That is unbelieveable to me because I did not set that up.  I literally paid my bill with the old username just a couple of weeks ago.  I spent a very frustrating hour on the phone yesterday with your level one tech support and the lady could not change my email back, or tell me how to do so.  She promised me that a level 2 tech support person would call me within 24 hours, which has not happened.  How can you guys just change my login and why can't I change it back?
