0/2 remaining email boxes, only 1 email
I am having a problem with creating an email,
The second email was stuck as support put it, said they cleared ot out but i only have one email address
yet it says I have 0/2 remaining.
Can anyone fix this

Hello stephanie and welcome,
First, please make sure that you are logging into the Business Class Portal (BCP) with your administrative email account. Go to Manage Services.Email, then click on Email Management. If you only see one email account, then proceed as follows:
This issue can only be resolved by you contacting 8003913000 option1 and ask the agent to put in a Tier 2 ticket to have your 2nd email flushed and your email counter reset to 1 (for your admin email account).
If you do see 2 emails try to delete the one you do not want again, then wait until tomorrow to see if you now have your 1/2 back. If you see 1/2 then you can now add you 2nd email account.
