Static IPv6 in "passthrough mode" on Cisco DPC3939B

I recently upgraded my business service from 50/10 to a higher tier (100/20) and was told that I needed to upgrade my modem from the netgear to support the newer speed - the netgear which was causing me some latency issues over time. I should say, that other than needed to reboot every 30-60 days, the netgear served me well and did proper IPv4 and IPv6 passthrough to my CPE (Mikrotik router) without issue. This is an absolute requirement for me - I work from home and some of what I work on is IPv6 only.

Now, after much pain, I have the static IPv4 working in passthrough mode - the address blocked was moved incorrectly to a CMTS in another state according to tech support - and after them attempting to just give me a new one rather than fix it, the on-site tech (who was great)  got them to run it down and provision it correctly.

The issue I have now is that I have zero IPv6. On my netgear I got a delegated /60, of which I used several /64. I have a CR ticket open which is supposed to get escalated, but my question is this: Does the Cisco DPC3939B actually do IPv6 PD correctly? I can work with a single /64 if I have to, but I need it delegated to my CPE.

Still waiting on a call back on my ticket. I called after 48 hours and was told it was still being worked. Concurrent with this, I;ve been doing some latency and packet loss testing and so far it seems that performance through the cisco is pretty poor. I have a workaround of an IPv6 tunnel to HE, which is what I used for about 10 years, but even v4 seems lossy and not great. My RIPE probe looks pretty bad compared to what it was with the netgear, which can be seen here:

https://atlas.ripe.net/probes/16163/#!tab-builtins

I can sucessfully push about 70Mbps in using TCP with iperf3 via a 10G connected host with more than enough bandwidth to test against, but UDP shows quite a bit of loss with anything above 50Mbps to the same host. Anything above 70Mbps just doesn't work.

My upstream and downstream RF sync look good. I've been super appy with my business connection until this modem replacement. I'm wondering if bridge mode might just be a better option here.

I'm also trying to get IPv6 in either bridge or passthrough mode. Let me know if you get anywhere, I'll do the same. Also on this Cisco modem/router/firewall/wifi access point when all I want is a modem.

It'll work in bridge mode without issue, it's just not static and I believe it's only a /64 PD. I just spent 30 min on the phone with support and re-itterated that this needs to be resolved one way or another for me. Worst case my local tech has located another netgear that he can put back in tomorrow, which is not what I want but I know it works for me (I only need 2 x /64 and it'll PD a /60).
