Problem with IPv6

I am trying to get IPv6 working.  Comcast said that I was assigned "2603:xxx:yyy:zzz::/56".  I have a router/firewall connected directly to Comcast's modem which splits it into 3  VLANs.  Everything I read online says that I should use DHCPv6 on my router's WAN interface with a "prefix delegation size" of 56.  And to set the "IPv6 Configuration Type" to "tracking".  No matter what I do, I do not see any "2603:xxx"yyy:zzz:;/56" anywhere.  What I see on the Comcast modem is:

Internet: Active
WAN IP Address (IPv6): [Edited: "Personal Information"]
WAN Default Gateway Address (IPv6): [Edited: "Personal Information"]
Delegated prefix (IPv6): [Edited: "Personal Information"]
WAN Link Local Address (IPv6): [Edited: "Personal Information"]
What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for reaching out to us @thetibetantr! Our team can certainly take a further look at the IP assigned to your business account! Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number linked to the business. To send a Direct Message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
