Netgear CG3000DCR from trial days locking up
I have a Netgear CG3000DCR which rebooted last week during the wind event in the central VA area. Now after a preiod of time it quits responding and passing traffic. Only a powere cycle will fix the issue. I have tried a factory reset and have the same issue.
Anyone here that can point me in the right direction on how to handle this? It is a second modem at my location as my primary modem, and the one on my account, is an Arris owned by me.
Don't really want to call into support as I figure this setup will easily confuse them.
