Modem says "Modem's IP Mode IPv6 Only" but not pulling IPv6 on router

I'm currently pulling an IPv4 public IP yet my modem is showing "Modem's IP Mode IPv6 Only". What do I need to to do pull an IPv6 IP for my router?

With that model of cable modem I would set it into True Bridged mode (there is a post somewhere on the forum to do this) and then setup a router behind it to use DHCP/DHCPv6 to obtain an IP4 and an IPv6 set of IP addresses.   I would not even begin to assume that the IPv6 implementation on the Surfboard is complete or even correct.

What is the model of modem?   Can you also please post a screenshot?

Surfboard SB6141.

Picture 1 is my modem (and where I see the IPv6 only message).

Picture 2 is my router set to auto-pull IPv6.

Picture 3 is the same router in a differnet state with working IPv6 (to eliminate any "router isn't supported" issue).

Picture 4 is the router on Comcast's network without IPv6.

Still showing an IPv4 public IP and no IPv6. How can I get a DHCP or static IPv6 address?
