IPV6 Trial ...

About a month ago, I signed up for the IPv6 trial and received the modem ... without any kind of instructions or documentation.

So...  Whom should I contact about getting this set up and getting a trial started?

(Today I made the mistake of calling technical support, and after getting shuttled around by well meaning but very confused people by an hour, I was hung up on.  I don't think I'll try that again.)
