IPv6 routing on Motorola MB8600 no longer working

My Motorola MB8600 has a IPv6 address (according to the GUI), but no IPv4 IP address. 

My edgerouter x has had the same configuration for a long time, and nothing has changed. The edgerouter x has a preflix-length of /56 which allowed it to work in the past with no problems. 

All my devices are not reciving IPv6 IP addresses, and IPv6 routing doesn't appear to be working but I can at least get IPv6 DNS requests from various tools (nslookup -6, host -6)

I restarted all of my equipment, reset the configs to default (then reloaded the ER-X to stock and then manually setup IPv6)

Please help.
