Best way to get Static IPv4 w/ IPv6 on Comcast Business today?

I currently have an SMC-D3G gateway. Static IPv4 works fine but IPv6 support was remotely disabled some time ago. I'd like to run servers on IPv6. I tried calling customer support but they couldn't help me and didn't provide any options for moving forward. What's left to do?

Note: I absolutely do not want a gateway with built-in WiFi. The gateway's job is to sit behind my router and quietly shuttle packets back and forth.
