Sign in to My Account
As a Business Internet customer, you can log in to My Account to review and manage your network as well as billing and account details. When you log into My Account, you will be able to:
- View connected device details
- View # of devices currently connected to your network
- View # offline devices
- Forget a device from network (remove from device history)
- View device details
- Create group(s)
- Assign device to group(s)
- View data usage for both online & offline devices
Customers with Comcast-issued Gateways can view their static IP address information from their My Account portal. Please read View your Static IP information online for additional details.
