The Comcast Business Gateway provides a private WiFi network and access to millions of hotspots nationwide. You can choose from a range of speeds best suited to you and your business.


Add-on services


Enhance and customize your Comcast Business Internet service with one or more of our add-on features. These services require Comcast-issued equipment.

Static IP

A Static IP address remains fixed over time, remembered by external devices or websites.

A Static IP must be manually configured on the customer’s equipment.

  • Static IPv4 prefixes can be ordered in blocks of 1, 5, and (in select areas) 13, for an additional monthly charge.
  • Static IPv6 prefixes are allocated in a single size, a /56. A /56 provides several million addresses. 
Connection Pro

When your power or internet service goes out Connection Pro has you covered with an automatic backup connection.

WiFi Pro

With WiFi Pro you can set up and manage separate WiFi networks: one for employees, one for customers. A user-friendly online portal for your networks lets you easily control settings:

Sign in to My Account


As a Business Internet customer, you can log in to My Account to review and manage your network as well as billing and account details. When you log into My Account, you will be able to:

  • View connected device details
  • View # of devices currently connected to your network
  • View # offline devices
  • Forget a device from network (remove from device history)
  • View device details
  • Create group(s)
  • Assign device to group(s)
  • View data usage for both online & offline devices


Customers with Comcast-issued Gateways can view their static IP address information from their My Account portal. Please read View your Static IP information online for additional details.
