Unburied cable
Just had tech redo cable that used to be aerial and he just used underground cabling but it is just exposed is there someone supposed to bury it otherwise I want it back to aerial can’t be in the backyard exposed

Also, could you also give me some more details of the location of this line? Will a tech need special access to it such as a locked gate or anything of that sort?
