Unable to log into the Business Gateway

I have done a reset on the gateway and I am still unable to log in.  I am getting The login attempt failed.  Anything else that I can do other than the reset.

Hello DS-Vertex and Welcome,

 

If you do not use a Comcast staticIP address, then you could depress the little black reset button on the back of the Comcast Gateway for 15 seconds minimum and that should bring everything back to factory defaults.

You must keep that little button depressed for at least 15 seconds for it to work fully.

Rich, I already tried that and it did not work.  It still would not allow me to get in.  I will try it again though.
