Support Quality Problems

While this is a common topic over many years, I'm still hoping for a better answer than "call 800-391-3000".  We have 17 tickets for this month.  I have had two very long calls with quite good techs, but most of the other calls are poor, unproductive, and even destructive (making things worse).  Having been in IT for 40 years, I understand how difficult support of these services is.  But I think Comcast management ought to be interested in improving their customer's support experience.

 

In looking for some kind of email or contact, I found a site listing [Edited].  Email to that bounced with "user unknown", which I actually thought was amusing.

Has anyone found a way to contact management?
