You're able to factory reset your gateway by holding down the pinhole in the back for at least ten seconds. Please keep in mind, any changes made before in the interface will also reset to the factory settings along with the password. If you would like to reset your password without factory resetting, please private message me your full name, the name of your business, the full service address and the phone number associated with your business account.
