Router password changed - Cannot log in
The password on my router has changed and I really need to get in. This is the second time it has happened - Last time I reset the router, but then lost my static ip.
Can I get it reset?
And why does the password suddenly change like that?

Same here. I changed it from the default on day one. I tried to log in today...no go,
tried everything except hard reset.
What's up Comcast?

Hello JA121 & ALatMAB,
I apologize for the delayed response. I have reset your modem passwords back to their default "highspeed" without the quotes. Please let me know if you need help with anything else.
Thank You

Had the same issue but called in this morning and had the agent reset for us. All set now.
