Reset Username/Password for business gateway

Hi,

I use a web-based security system that I set up 2 years ago.  I am having issues and need to "open the ports" and I need to login to my modem but don't know the username or password.

 

How do I reset them?

The default user name is: cusadmin and password is: highspeed.

 

*If you can't sign into the IP-Gateway please repost and we can reset it for you.

Hi,

Please reset my modem smcd3g-ccr.  I point my IE to 10.1.10.1 and use id cusadmin and password highspeed.

I am also having the same problem logging into my business modem.  I called and got the cusadmin and highspeed options but they don't work.  Can someone help me reset them.  Thanks

Please reset mine again.  It seems like every time the firmware is updated, it gets changed to something that is not 'highspeed'.  Do you know if there is a new default?
