please reset modem to original configuration

Please reset our modem to the original configuration.  While setting up certain parameters in the GUI from a remote location an error occurred that severed my connection.  So at this time we have no connectivity to internet, the phones are still working.

Hello Rhickman and welcome,

 

If you are a DHCP Internet user, you can simply press the little black reset button on the back of the Comcast Gateway for 15 seconds and this will bring everything back to default, including login credentials.
