Password resets

Could I get the default passwordn reset to all the modems/routers under my account.(2 possibly 4)

Also I have 2 additional modems that are not currently under my account. how would I go about finding out

who's account these are under. Bills are being paid by the parent company.

Hi lincolnprop.

I can certainly assist with your gateways. You can also factory reset the gateways yourself by holding down the pinhole in the back of it for about 10 seconds. If you do need assistance with them, please private message me the account numbers and the names of the businesses.

Pressing the reset in back of unit would also

wipe out all custom settings. Correct? I would like

to keep those as is. I could not see a PM option is

this where you would like me to send you my credentials.....
