Password Reset Router

Please (any Comcast Admin) reset the cusadmin password on my Router/Gateway please. Thanks

Hello dodaniels and welcome,

If you are not using any Comcast Static IP(s), you can depress the little black reset button on the rear of your Comcast Gateway for 15 seconds minimum and this will reset the modem to factory defaults includiing your cusadmin password to highspeed.

We are using static ip Smiley Sad . Can anyone from Comcast reset? Or do I have to call in?
