Password reset for CGA4131COM

Good morning, davids_im and welcome to the business forums. Thanks for posting today and I appreciate you reaching out and letting us know you're not able to get logged in.

You are able to perform a factory reset the gateway by holding down the pinhole in the back of the gateway until it reboots which would reset the credentials to the default; however, this would cause all other settings to default as well.

If you would like for me to reset the password to the default manually without a factory reset, please private message me your full name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number associated with your business account.
