No WiFi Connection on Certain Devices

I have a CBR-T modem/router, part number CGA4131COM. Certain devices will not always connect to the wifi, especially the 5ghz wifi. It is not always the same devices. The modem/router has been restarted numerous times. This has been going on for several months. I believe the modem/router is failing. Any thoughts on this?
