Need the password for my SMC gateway reset

I'd like to request a reset to default password for my comcast business gateway.

 

I tried the reset button on the back of the modem, but I am still unable to successfully login using any combination of usernames/passwords

 

This is a gateway model SMCD3G-CCR

HI Jamesy.  The gateway username/password has be set to the defaults. Login:cusadmin password:highspeed.

I have reset your modem password to the default "highspeed". Please let me know if you need help with anything else.
