Need SMCD3G Modem/Router combo in Bridge mode
Our office recently had VoIP phone systems installed, and not having the modem bridged has been causing issues. The model number is SMCD3G.
I am hoping a comcast employee can bridge this modem for me.
Thank you.

Hello pakolasteichen and welcome,
I presume you are using a firewall/controlling router with a Comcast static IP that is using its DHCP and if so then :
1. login into your SMC by connecting a computer to any LanPort 1-4
2. bring up a browser, go to 10.1.10.1, then username=cusadmin , password=highspeed.
3. click on LAN, then click on check mark next to Enable DHCP Server and this will uncheck checkbox
4. then click apply
When the SMC re-initializes you are now in psuedo-bridge mode.
Hope this helps you out.
