Need Reset of SMC username/password

I can no longer login to my SMC router using cusadmin/highspeed. Can someone reset and verify that the account is enabled?

After playing this game of 21 questions vi PM with several hours between responses, I decided to call the support number for help instead. My password was finally reset after the firmware update changed it. It's now working again. Thanks for the waste of time. Much appreciated.
