need help adding new router MAC address to my Comcast business internet please

Hey there! If this is just a WiFi router that you're adding to the existing Comcast Business gateway, you'd want to follow the instructions provided with it (generally you log into the Admin Tool to set it up and configure the network) since it's separate from our systems. If you are looking to set up an owned gateway device, please click on our handle (ComcastBiz_Support) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and the make, model, MAC, and serial number.
