Need gateway password reset

I am unable to sign into my comcast gateway with the default username and password. Could I get the password reset please?

 

I think I may have changed it awhile ago and I no longer know the password.

Hello whyvon and welcome,

 

If you do not use any Comcast StaticIP addresses, Port Forwarding, etc. you can get the factory default settings established by depressing the little black reset button on the rear of your Comcast Gateway for 15 seconds minimum. This will auto-reset your log in credentials for you.
