Need CISCO Getaway DPC 3933B configured as a true bridge

Hello TaxHalpGroup and welcome,

If you have any Comcast Static IP addresses, they will not be operational when any Comcast Gateway (CG) is in true bridge mode. If you put this CG in true bridge mode this will also disable all of your wifi facilities.

 If you still need this configured please call 800-391-3000, technical option, and request the technical agent to put your CG in true bridge mode.
