Need a router password reset

I appreciate you reaching out and letting us know you're not able to get logged in. You are able to factory reset the gateway by holding down the pinhole in the back of it until it reboots which would reset the credentials to the default; however, this would cause all other settings to default as well. If you would like to avoid that, may I please have you private message me your full name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number associated with your business account?
