Modem restarts too frequently(2+ times a day)

Hi,

I've noticed that my modem(DPC3939B) restart on a average 2 times a day bringing my internet service down for 5+ minutes each time. I really don't think this is normal at all, but wanted a second opinion.

Hello Pedro and welcome,

Although your up and down SNR and power levels look fine, I would contact 800391300 and use technical option, inform the technical agent that your modem is intermittently rebooting and you believe there might be a power leve signaling fluctation that you need a technician to come to your business and test your 30 day signaling interconnectivity.

Can you browse to http://10.1.10.1, login with username=cusadmin password=highspeed , and post a screenshot of the signal levels upstream and downstream?
