Hello jbaack and welcome to forums,
Sorry for the delayed response to your post. I have reset your modem password to it's default "highspeed" without the quotes. I also noted that your signal was a bit off at your location. Have you experienced connection issues recently that I can help with? Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
