Juniper SRX300 Firewall

Is there anyone on this forum that can shed some light on how to make changes to the Juniper SRX300 without bricking the Comcast setup that was pre-configured at turn-up?

Hello vstbna and welcome to forums,

 

I apologize for any frustration this has caused you but unfortunately I do not have any information on post turn-up configurations. Below is a link to the Hardware Guide for this model firewall. With this information you may find what is needed to configure your firewall. I hope this information helps.

@vstbna I'm in a similar situation to yours. SRX1500 installed, but no access, reporting, status, etc. What ended up happening with your SRX300?
