HOSPITALITY ISSUES
WE HAVE COMCAST/BUSINESS FOR OUR 27 ROOM HOTEL
WE GET MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE INTERNET SPEED / WE HAVE A PACKAGE, WITH YOU
BUT WE ARE ONLY USING ONE MODEM. ITS BEEN SUGESTED THAT ALL HOSPITALITY PACKAGES
RECEIVE 2 MODEMS. HOW WOULD GETTING ANOTHER MODEM BENEFIT US?

Sorry for the delayed response. The suggestion of having another modem can benefit your customers in many different ways. First the two modems can be installed in different physical locations of your hotel spreading the Wi-Fi signal to a greater service area. The separate modems will allow for customers on one side of the location to connect through one modem and the remaining customers through the other modem, each modem having a dedicated signal will allow for full speed to your customers. There are plenty of other reasons to expand your network to two modems at your location.
