Gateway Login Credentials Reset

I have forgotten the login credentials for the Gateway Login. I tried the last recorded credentials that I have but it isn't working. Please advise.

Hi @Aspray !  This link should be what you need in order to reset your username and password and you can also restore the gateway to its factory settings, including the password and username printed on the label, by using the instructions here. Please note that a factory reset will wipe any previous settings.
