Forgot my Cusadmin Password

Hi! I forgot my cusadmin password for my router and I don’t want to reset it, anyone able to help? (I changed it so it’s probably not “highspeed”)

Hello @user_c86a24, thank you for reaching ous to us through our Forums page! If the password was changed from "highspeed or "CantTouchThis" we wouldn't be able to recover that password for you and it would recommend you resetting it to something new.

Great question, but unfortunately we don't have that capability on the backend. You are able to reset it to something similar to the original password.

 

I no longer work for Comcast.
