Exposed lines need buried

We manage a property that has exposed cable lines along the ground behind two units as well as an open cable box. Can we get someone out to bury them and take care of the box?

We have lines on top of the ground that need to be buried. Please send me the phone number of the subcontractor that can do this.

We're been waiting over 3 months to have our cable buried at front of out subdivision. Why is so difficult to get this done? The tech that came out on Dec 21, 2020 was supposed to generate a ticket then to have it buried. I have called in several times and got ticket number to have it buried, but still nothing. We are getting ready to start our landscaping services and the cable is going to get cut, which will knock out our surveillance cameras. We are extremely disappointed in the service we have received. When we were signing up for service, we got emailed or called everyday, now nothing.

Hello I own a property that has exposed cable lines that need to be buried, hopefully at the same time this spring when electrical lines are going to be re-routed.  How do I go about coordinating this with Xfinity?

Sure, I'd be happy to send the direct message, but I'm having an issue directing it to a specific person.  When I put in "Xfinity Support" in the "To" prompt, I receive a number of options but none expressly for Xfinity Support.  And, I can't put in my full name and service address unless I first put in the addressee.  I'm sure I'm missing something here, and hopefully you can help clarify.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send your message

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but "Xfinity Support" is not an available option from the drop-down list.  Is there any way that you can direct message me instead?
