Disable all ports except LAN1 on SMC modem
Hello, my SMC modem was placed in bridged mode about a year ago. I have just found the source of many problems here, users are plugging directly into the modem to bypass firwall/proxy rules. Is it possible to disable these ports?

Hello Cheetohz and welcome,
You can log into your SMC Comcast Gateway by connecting a computer directly to any LanPort1-4, then bring up browser, enter 10.1.10.1 in address field, then user username=cusadmin, password=highspeed. Click on LAN link, then switch ports tab, then disable the Lan Port 2-4 that you do not want anyone using by unchecking the active box..
Hope this helps you out.
