Could we please have our SMC Business Gateway credentials reset to default
For whatever reason our password no longer works to access the router/modem

I have reset your password to the default "highspeed" without quotes. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Thanks for trying. I am still getting an "incorrect login". Tried a power cycle, no difference. I had changed the username also. Could you change both to the defaults?
