Connecting an external hard drive to comcast business modem via usb
I am trying to connect a Seagate Backup Plus Hub to our Comcast Business Modem via USB and I can't locate it when I am trying on my PC. Are the USB ports able to support an external hard drive? How do I find the drive on the network?

Hello cjandassociates and welcome to forums.
I apologize but at this time we do not support usage of the USB port on our business equipment. To utilize your external hard-drive on your network, you would need an adapter or your own router with USB support. Again I apologize for an confusion this may have caused.
