Comcast Business provided equipment (Docsis 3.1)?

I can't find anything about what devices Comcast would be providing Business class customers who sign up for Gigabit with static IPs.

Any info?

Hi olydrh and welcome to the business forums.

For the Business Internet 1 Gig and Business Internet 500M speed tiers, a 3.1 Comcast Business Router (Technicolor CGA4131COM) would be required which is only available to lease. At this time, we are only upgrading customers to the CBR if they subscribe to the BI 1Gig or BI 500M speed tiers. Eventually the CBR deployment will be expanded to lower speed tiers.

Please do let me know if you need anything.

Phil - thanks for the info.  Found a PDF online at go2mhz.com that shows specs.  Will Comcast BCI allow this gateway to be placed in true bridge mode? PDF shows 'Transparent bridging', not sure what that mean to Technicolor.  As it it a data/voice/wifi gateway, if we only need it to be a dumb modem, is that an option?

You're able to use bridge mode with the CBR. Do keep in mind, this does disable routing capabilities within the gateway so you are unable to use statics if you have one.
