Can't login to router

Tried a reset, but the default cusadmin:highspeed isn't working.  Please reset to default thanks!

Hello hcrump and welcome,

 

If you do not have a static IP and are running fully DHCP, simply depress the little black reset button on the rear of the Comcast Gateway (CG)  for 15 seconds minimum, and this will reset your CG back to factory defaults including your login credentials cusadmin/highspeed.
