Can't find link to replace SMC D3G modem?

Hi -

 

I logged in here because my service is being flaky - despite the modem being up and running (and connected) I don't have connectivity to the outside world until I ping a known IP address out on the Internet.  This apparently causes my router to set up a route and start working.

 

On checking here, I discovered that my current modem is EOL (it's an SMC-D3G).  Where (link) can I request a new or repaired modem?  Not having a constantly up link is making email to my static IP difficult.  I currently have 50/10 service.

I can certainly assist with your modem. With Comcast Business, it is policy to have all installations require a tech visit. I can set this up for you. Please private message me your first and last name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number associated with your account.
