"Cannot see Connected devices" NOT SOLVED!

It looks like the "solved" tag has now locked the thread for replies.  The situation with not being able to see connected devices is definitely NOT solved.

 

It was worked around...sort of...for me by a diligent comcast employee onsite.  The "fix" was to roll back the firmware on the box.  Well, that allows me to see the connected devices, but broke a number of other functions.  For instance:  port forwarding is now broken.  I had it set and now I want to make some changes...but there's a bug in this older code that won't let me change it.

 

We need a new, fixed firmware for these gateways.  Verizon is calling every month- maybe it's tim to boot comcast.
