Cannot access login screen SMC D3G-CRR

I have a SMC D3G-CRR that I cannot access the login screen at all.  No response from it.

 

I get DHCP assignment from it of 10.1.10.11, and windows ipconfig says the gateway is 10.1.10.1.  But trying to connect to 10.1.10.1 gets no response.

 

I was able to over a year ago, but I can't access it now.

 

How do I get into it?  Is there any sort of console login I can use instead of TCP/IP?

IE reports:

 

This page can’t be displayed •Make sure the web address https://10.1.10.1 is correct. •Look for the page with your search engine. •Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Hello EyesofThunder and welcome, You can only log into the Comcast Gateway (CG) by having any computer or laptop Ethernet interconnected to any of the CG LanPorts 1-4. There is no wireless access to the CG GUI, only direct wired access. Hope this helps you out.
