Cancelling website & web hosting

I wish to cancel a recurring charge on my bill that I have never used, called comcast business cloud solutions "websites & web hosting" specifically. I read the article on how to do so but when i try to log in to https://cloudsolutions.comcast.com/home I get "access denied", even though I am a business customer. I really don't want to have to call just to cancel that so can someone help, please?
