I am already a business customer and on Monday upgraded to a faster speed. The sales agent told me that a refresh would be done by the end of the day. As of today, nothing has changed in terms of speed. On Tuesday I emailed her and she told me that she sees that it was upgraded on Monday. As of toda

https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging redirects me to https://forums.xfinity.com/ I did click on the direct message icon in the business forum. However, there is no "Xfinity Support" in the drop down list.
